New Multi-Boxer here with a quick question

I understand that hitting a keyboard button sends that same key hit to the other wow windows. I'm a big mouse clicker though and I was wonder if there was a way to send a mouse click to the other windows aswell. I want my setup to have all of my hunter skills on 1-9, 0, -, and = and I want all of my druid healing spells above that main bar which is the alternative action bar 1. Is it possible to just click on the spells or do I have to bind them to a keyboard button?

If you are going to multibox effeciantly you need to learn to press those buttons, simple as that. Clicking=bad.
