There's nothing specifically bad or wrong with rapidly leveling an individual—or being rapidly leveled—through instance kills and quests so long as all other policies are respected. Have at it. :)

I know that the questions lately have been about RAF but I have noticed that some people are worried about boosting in general even outside the RAF issue.
