New to Dual-Boxing, Shammy Macro Advice?

I have just started a Two Shammy set and I've started leveling with just some basic assist macros, but I'm not even sure if it's very efficent. Does anyone have some advice on Macro strings I could imput for casting ease?

Also, I can't seem to get my extra mouse buttons, two thumbs and middle wheel press down, to transfer over to my slave's hotkeys. Is it not available or am I doing something wrong with Keyclone? I've Imput them into the Mouse-map, still nothing on the slave. Any advice on macros or this situation would be a blessing. Thanks. :)

With regards to mouse buttons, you'll need to use the keymap feature. You'll need to tell keyclone that whenever you click thumb button it needs to pass Ctrl+Alt+[ (or whatever else you dont use). Then in your slave's keybindings bind the key you want the thumb button to activate with Ctrl+Alt+[ instead.
