I didnt get it... what kind of help do you need?
just to find out what it is how to do it like a guide

you need two active accounts of WoW.
you can't multibox on one account.

First on 1 of my account i have 2 40's and on my 2nd account its blank
i got wow on both my pcs
i dont understand how to run them at twice tho
and how do u get all you chars the same gear?

You need a character on each account to play them at the same time. Note that Blizzard will only move characters between accounts if you own both accounts.
