I'm level 63 on both and I have no clue how I should set up the main action bar. Also, what buttons should I put in the Passthru window. Are there any macros that help with accepting and turning in quests?

PS: Shaman is Enhance and Hunter is MM
Try a few things out. Make mistakes. Fix them. Find what works for you.
Also search for "shaman healing", "hunter macros" and "healing macros", all with the quotes.
