Setting up my Quad Boxers

Heya all,
Well, decided to start my multi boxing tonight, but having trouble grasping how to set up this RaF concept.
I have read all the threads about this, but none have given a definitive answer: When i recruit a friend, do i recruit all my other accounts (so slave 1, 2 adn 3) all from my main account, or do i recruit slave 1, who recruits slave 3, who recruits slave 4?
Answers would be much appreciated.

As for account 4, I'm not sure. A sticky or semi-permanent forum section about this would be very helpful, but no one would post in it if we had one, lol. And the search feature occasionally leaves something to be desired.
