Some leveling experience with x3 shaman

Yes they are part of the RAF program. No this is not mostly a RAF program thread.

I have found it fun to be able to do the orange/red and red quests with this team. I was doing a quest chain last night where i had to face off against level 42 through level 44 mobs when i was level 37 (i didn't have level 36 training yet). It took awhile to beat any given mob (so for efficiency it was probably not best use of time) but i was able to do it without any deaths. Searing totem x3 was the saving grace and some really good healing macros. There was even a time i was dealing with a level 42 (mobs where murloc) and i put down a earthbind to keep him from getting friends when close to finished (frost shock is often resisted with that level difference) and unfortunately a crawler (level 41) got in the mix and another murloc spawned and walked too close (level 42) when the first one was close to done... and all my toons still lived. The healing was FTW and then with many adds there the magma totem was FTW.

I am used to solo play and so it was really fun to be able to tackle a whole new level of challenge.

Anyone else have stories they would like to offer?
