How many clients can I run?

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz OCed to 3.1Ghz
GFX: XFX Geforce 8800GTX
RAM: 4 Gig
HDD: 500GB 7200rpm
OS: winxp 32bit

with some game tweaking think u can run X5 clients

I have a AMD X2 (4000+) OC'd to 2.5Ghz, 4GB, and a HD3870XT and I can run 5 clients - Main at default video settings, slaves use /maxfps at 15.

I'll admit that when I pull the entire graveyard in SM, my FPS drop to about 5 though :) I dont care though, as I'm just dropping totems and and healing myself so any lack of FPS is a non-issue.

Interestingly my video card never shows more than 25% load though.

One of the easiest ways to find out how much your PC can handle is to fire up a private server and load up 5 accounts and you can test how much you can handle first hand before you make the choice to buy 5 accounts.

best bet is to just get 5 trial accounts
if you go trough with it you also get 5 linked Recruit-a-Friend accounts too !!

I got a p4 3.0 ghz 2gigs of ram a piece of shit graphics card some random sata drive I can run 4 in an instance and 3 thru any city.

As long as yeh dont expect to run em all at 60 fps yeh should be able to run 5 with no probs
