[Question] Movement

In that movee the characters are all stacked up, the next moment they all move to a diffren direction into a circle, then stack up again. My question is, how can i get that to work? All characters moving to a diffrent direction, in a circle and then back into 1 pile?

Is there any movement guide around for this kinda of movement?
