Well, since MBing has been around since the text-based RPG games, I'd say that's a big YES. :)
Not all of them have the tools to make it work, like /follow, but MBers can be found in most of them.
To make life easier, the game needs to have a few fundamental commands (follow, assist for example) but lots and lots of games are very multi-boxer friendly.
It would help if you'd say which game you're interested in - perhaps one of us has already done it.
