hey, im just a bit confused on these macro here

what do i have to do to it to make them my toons, and do i have to do it on all of them
the leader is desst and the others are destst, dests, desstt
You make a macro on each of your alts and put that in it. Then you put it on a hotbar. Then you map a key to the hotbar button. Then you get your key broadcasting to send that key out when you push that key on your main. So each alt does the macro.
what is the macro to get all of your toons to talk to the target and be able to accept the quest?
Every char on WOW has to right click on an NPC. You will never be able to macro a way to talk to an NPC. You can macro the text that they try to spam at you after you click on them. And that is some of what that macro does. It accepts quests and such. The easiest way is to get quests on your main and then share them with your alts.
