I use (used to use) Innerspace and/or Keyclone, Jamba too of course, can't box without it :)
Class Makeup:
In WoW: 5 x Paladins, holy, prot, 3 x ret

In AO: 3 x MP, crat, fix. Crat & fix mostly for the buf
