Funny BG chat in EOTS

I was doing eots and we had just 1 tower and allys were capping flags. So I decided to kill their FC and keep the flag to things were looking better.

I did similar this weekend to be honest it became a LOT harder to win an EOTS game because it made the opposing team go for towers instead of being distracted by the flag. I' won every game in EOTS this weekend, a good 20+ and the game where i kept the flag was the closest win. It is funny though to have people screaming at you :)

Sounds like a sweet plan to me.
Not only do you get people chasing you to get the flag back but also those who fixate on 'killing the multiboxer' above all else.
You'd think that would leave your own team free to cap as many towers as they can.

This is not usually a very good strat for eots, but its a decent plan B if things seem to fail. But I never waste time capping a flag in middle. I usually try to scout out wich tower the enemy FC are going to, then run there first, burning my NS/EM/CL on the FC and pick it up. If we have people in middle waiting or atleast 3 bases i cap it. If we dont I just hold on to it since I rarely die in eots fights.

An additional bonus for running around with flag is that there is often allys wasting time in the middle waiting for flag to respawn :P

I think the most amusing thing about EoTS is being able to sneak up on a tower and annihilate everyone by casting LB's upwards through the map. You can kill plenty before they even relise.

Yea, lot of times I think so.I like assaulting the ruins best. I often take long detours if I'm about to assault a heavy defended ruin. 80% of the times I can take the ruins with 5-10 defenders this way (sneaking in from the backside). Usually just 2-3 realize what I am up to. and meet me up on the backside.. They are usually no match. Then I just start the nuking fun on the rest of the mindless defenders that didnt realize anything :P
