Whitelisting / filter chat addon?

Do any of you know of a whitelisting chat addon? Something like an addon that would check if whoever is sending you a tell is on the whitelist (could include guildies and friends by default) and if not, ignore the message and send a standard message?

There´s an addon called ShutUp which will only let you see messages from guildies and those on your friend list.

I *think*, though not sure, that you can configure it to make different restrictions other than the above.
