x-keys template's

Hello. Just wonder if there is anyway to easy copy paste icons into the template u get from xkeys.com without reziseing every 58 icons? =) And how to make good arrows in photoshop?

I used the MS word doc to do mine, it was not hard, and I even used the builtin wordart for some of them to save time... There is also a program in the folder that will make it easy but it only supports some gfx formats.

Using Word, I created my keycaps by just dragging the icon out of an Explorer window into the document and they all resized properly.
