Shouldn't you be able to get that far into the tree right away since they start at lvl 55?

You only start with a few talent points, and unlock the rest through the DK quest line.

You only start with a few talent points, and unlock the rest through the DK quest line.Yeah, you start out at 55 with 0 talent points. You get 1 talent point for each "major" (ie, non-delivery) quest you do. When you finish the starting zone, the last quest gives you all the remaining talent points (so you don't miss any if you skip quests.)
