Just a few screenshots to share the progress...more to come :)
Boxes started arriving today..still need a few more shipments for the complete setup though.

I wanted to see how the screen setup might look...dunno that I'm settled on this setup. But I'm limited to using boxes for the back row for the time being..just can't spend the money for the stands until I spot one cheap on ebay.

Basically, the screens, APC's and cases showed up today. I had dropped a couple mice ontop of the boxes as I came in the door today. But I got them from Best Buy. So basically I'm stuck looking at the empty shell of my setup as all the PC innards are still en-route :( I'll post more pics as things come together :)

Looking good... please tell me you are buying a new mousepad! That things seen too many years of gaming!
lol...not the first one to let me know that. The pad itself may very well be retired soon. It has some significance to my wife and I as it was the sole surviving item we owned after a house fire. Crazy how everything in the house was ash, but that mousepad was perfect. Even the firefighters were rather amazed. But, it may in fact be time to give it a resting place on the shelf somewhere.

I highly recomend cloth mats like this one:

I have an older generation one and it's fantastic, it hasn't worn, is roomy enough for 2 mice, 3 at a push, comfortable and smooth, great for optic mice :)

Shit, I'd shadowbox it... the important thing is you both got out OK (At least I'm assuming since you have enough fingers or toes to type here :)). Always great to have a good story item like that!

Yeah, everyone was fine. We weren't home at the time.
All the boxes are in....but as I noted in the general forum....did a dumbass move on the processors. Though, it sounds like maybe I would be better served getting mobos than new processors. Just have to mull it over for a bit.

Mobo's are going to have an easier return policy and will open you up to future upgrade path where if you flip the chips for socket 939, you are stuck where you are at forever.
Mkay, so instead of waiting for all new mobo shipments. I found a small computer parts shop in town. They had the mobo's I was looking for, only problem was the memory I had on hand wasn't going to be compatible anymore. So I picked up new memory as well. I have 3 of the 4 new machines up and running (will post some pics later). But, one of the machines is being an absolute nightmare. First windows install must have been pretty horrible. Anytime I tried to install anything (drivers/programs) or even move files to/from the computer it locked up or gave me a BSoD. I wiped and did a clean install, seemd to work perfectly. All the drivers installed nicely, but now I still get the same problem with anything other than drivers. If I try to move my warcraft folder to this machine via network or try to install it fress, I get BSoD. I can post the message later. But I'm fairly certain it's a memory issue. I get some sort of "Un-excutable memory was accessed" error or something close to that. The last line is "beginning dump of physical memory". Would this be conducive to bad RAM? I would rather avoid the ridiculous hourly charge of them making it work. Especially if just returning the memory for new memory would fix it.

From my expierience it can be A impossible to figure out, or B ram needing reseated, or failing, see if you can't run memtest or something. If not return the ram, see if that works, if not try to replace everything you cant fully prove is not causing it in the machine, any other way is simply a nightmare.

Woot, keep us posted looking good!
BTW Nice mouse pad
Edit: Just noticed your other post. Everyone is right, least you have the perfect template of three other working computers. Like suggested try swapping. Should figure it out pretty soon.
