Question for the Shaman Groups.

Ive been using the following macro for my totems ( Link to thread ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=62913&highlight=totem+macro#post62913') ) and just hitting lvl 50 I notice theres no Totem Of Wrath listed.

Question is.... are you guys using Windfury Totem for PvE? Ive read that it stacks so for me that would be +12% Crit/To Hit.

Funny, After I pull my mobs all I do is Melee and shocks. (at least in instances or high-level mobs). Even if a group of elites surround me I just drop my stoneclaws and axe the mobs to death one by one. I love melee with shamans but it is probably because I am really weird.

Totem of wrath = fire.
Therefore, replace the old "fire" totem in that macro ("Searing totem") with "Totem of Wrath".

Wrath of Air = air
Therefore, replace the old "air" totem in that macro with "Wrath of Air".


Totem macros are very easy -- I don't even use them. I use Ctrl+1 for water totems, ctrl+2 for air totems, ctrl+3 for earth totems -- and "6" for searing totem (because it's a dps totem), 7 for magma, and 8 for fire nova. I had wrath of air when I was leveling, and I believe it was ctrl+4 or something similar.

I hear you and same here. Just pull with 2-3 lightning bolts and then stoneclaw 3 and kill one at a time.

I pull with 1 LB volley (CL if it's a group) then if everything isn't dead, depending on how much HP each mob has, down come the HS/MS totems and I melee them down.

Works pretty well, no down time at all, but then again, I am only 35 and haven't really done an instance yet.

If I am in an instance I drop 5x Totem of Wrath along with all my other standard totems for all pulls.

If I am not in an instance and just out farming, I almost never drop any totems, unless for instance when I was around your level grinding elites in Terror Run, in Un'Goro. It was fun to drop Devilsaurs in a few casts at level 50.
