Best Instance Guide?

What instance guide do you guys use? I've ran almost every 5 man pre BC instance at least once, but that was 1.5 years ago. To limit the wipes and increase efficiencies what guide and addons do you guys use? Atlas? What web based wiki/guide for instances are kept up to date?

I generally just read through wowwiki.com ('http://www.wowwiki.com') for tips on instances. It is certainly not geared towards multi-boxers, but it will let you know all of the abilities of a boss and the mobs in an instance. It also offers strategies for normal and heroic modes which can be adapted to fit your group comp. Plus, trial and error is half the fun right?

i use wowhead for encounters that i feel completely stuck on, otherwise just referencing wowwiki for instance levels and such has been enough - you'll find that once the general learning curve is behind you, you'll generally fair much better in instances than the random PuG did whilst soloing due to being in full control.

wowwiki , thottbot, wowhead are constantly tabbed up in firefox for me. Its been so long since I ran these places I forgot most of the encounters, and since I am mostly just running instances, I try to pick up the quests that I need since I am killing those guys anyway, its like free xp and cash and items to de for me. I will try to just run them first, I usually only do some research when I get stuck on something, usually another level solves most problems I run into.

I found a lot of guides at this site but it has been down for 4 days now, weird.

While those guides are good, they are dated pre patch 2.3, as we all know a ton has changed in instances with that patch. wowwiki is great, but lacking some of the group makeup details that I like, and wowhead can be hit or miss sometimes. What there really needs to be is a community created instance guide, something more in depth and feature rich than just commenting on wowhead.
