Hi ,

I started multiboxing 2 days ago with 5 shamans and i soon as i hitted lvl 10 i started boosting them with my lvl 70 mage . They got to lvl 15 pretty fast .

On my main account i have a lvl 70 mage , lvl 70 fury warrior , lvl 70 protection paladin , lvl 70 rogue , lvl 70 shadow priest .

Then at lvl 15 i went to Stockades to level with my Protection paladin to level 18.

Im currently at level 18 with my 4 shamans and i plan to level them to at least 20 there .

At level 20 , What should i do ?

1. Boost them with my Protection Paladin in SM cath ?

2. Boost them with my mage in SM cath ?

3. Any other suggestions are welcome .

Prot pala imo, since that's the line-up i'm running atm, and it has worked great so far. (lvl 65 shammies)

You might get more bang for your time by doing stockades until 25. I've noticed and some others have noticed as well that you get more XP per hour in there until your about 25. I personally did stockades, then SM:Lib (just run to the end, grab the boss, run back to the front with the boss in tow, repeat) then SM:Cath.

Once your 40 you can get your guys into BRD too. The Lycern (sp?) is awesome although VERY boring - and bring lots of extra shields. The mobs spawn faster than you can pull them, they all die within 2-3 consecrates, and net 15-20xp per kill, at 20-30 each on a continuous pull you can sit there and actually see your shaman's XP bar go up... Its really dull though and I ony lasted 1h doing it before wanting to rip my eyes out. (And I believe that pull is only really doable with a prot paladin - a mage might have too much downtime)

1. Only PL with your tankadin. End of discussion.

2. You max out XP at 4 levels above your lowbie's level. You actually get squat XP (10 XP) if the mobs are 10 levels above your lowbie. Plan accordingly.

Sorry can you elaborate further on this, not sure i got it right:

A kill will give you the most xp if the mob is 4 levels above you.
For example if the mob is level 40 and you are 35 or 37 you will get less xp for killing it than if you are 36?
or again if you are level 40, you will get more xp from killing a level 44 mob than killing a level 45 mob?

Thanks for confirming

I have a 70 fire mage in Season3 . at lvl 10 you can do sfk, i can do the whole thing in 3 pulls and with 3 AoE spells i can do the 5 per hour limit very quickly... so much dps with a mage than palidan... at 20 move to armory in SM. From the zone in i can clear and zone back out in 6 mins. Now once you hit 35 then switch to teh palidan and do the zolo trick in ST all the way to 55 then you can do ramparts.. im lvling a druid atm. ill fraps my SM run and upload it

im currently doing SM with one pull with my prot paladin and the XP is amazing .. doing about 20-25% in 5 min clears .. im doing 5 clears then taking a break so the instance limit can reset .

Also , i plan to level there until i hit about lvl 35-40 .. im currently at level 29.

You said that you would go at ST at level 35 .. do you have any video that shows how to do effectively ?

thanks a lot !

I'm finding SM GY good for 20. You get the relative same exp per mob, with alot less hastle.. I'm currently boosting with a 70 war. However, if you find cath very fast, continue with that until at least 35-40. Then if you feel like gouging your eyes out hit ST at 35. Lycern is amazing at 40. Although it's boring. Make sure you bring some good movies.
