WOTLK - faster xp from 60-70! woot!

*Reply Edited* Nevermind, I misread your post and thought you meant sit at 70 with 25 completed quests. In your scenario, that would work great :). That will be nice to level faster in Outlands for future 5 man teams

Well, changes like this help keep the game friendly for brand new players since it will make the leveling speed feel more like the current pre level 60 experience. I still run into brand new players when I reroll new alts and I'm sure the hype of Woltk will pull in more new players like TBC did.

I knew this was going to happen, I just didn't expect that they'd do it right at the start of the expansion. Nice! They had already boosted quest reward exp from Outland quests, so this would be the icing on the cake. I don't know what level my team will be when the expac goes live, though. For all I know they'll be 70. Still, nice change.

I'm most defineitly going to roll some more alts some day...not anytime soon as I just FINALLY hit 70 with my main team and I got two other teams both sitting at 58 in thrallmar gathering rested xp.

Seeing that we are at BETA now, i would guess 6 month, maybe a little more. It's Blizzard after all, it's done when it's done :P

Most major retailers now have a release date of November 3. Amazon.com, GoGamer.com, Circuit City, EB Games, Wal Mart, etc.

So it will either be delayed, or, released on Nov 3. An official statement about the release date will *probably* be out in mid September timeframe.

hehe I've already gone crazy.. am currently setting up macros for quite a few different teams :)

my shammies are so close to 70 but I want to set it up so I can lvl 4-5 teams and interchange different classes at will, without it affecting my macro setup :) am going nuts ^^ am already looking at around 500 macros :) and god knows how many different keymaps :P

getting them up to 60 is already so easy :) and the idea of powerlvling 60-70 in Wotlk makes it oh so appealing :)
