HI

Im new to duel boxing, run two windows with maximizer and use AHK to link the two together. However, my duel boxing was not planned, just wanted to play my 70s together when Wotlk drops so i can get them to 80 at same time. So i made new account and split them up, rogue and shaman.

I practice on dailies in Quel Danas, and its quite fun---though alot of adjusting and learning. I have Shammys spells mostly linked to the numpad so i can make him assist, attack, shock, heal ect without much thought.

Reading about boxing, i learned obviously, this is not a desired common box combo lol. It will be OK to achieve what i want for leveling them together---but what about pvp? I kind of want to try it, but i dont want to be a useless tit and hurt my team lol. Any thoughts on this--? One issue i read that im having trouble with, is ya, shammy gets turned around the wrong way, so in the middle of a fight i have to get him to re-follow to turn him, then assist attack again. I see this as my biggest pvp problem----s**t hits the fan and he stands there like an rtard lol.

Thanks for any input......also leveling my 34 priest together with my 31 warrior, works out very nice.

Multiple melee classes for PvE - more difficult than ranged, but can be done without too much trouble.
Multiple melee classes for PvP - a lesson in futility, and a complete waste of time. PvP players move too much to bother with all the breaking of /follow that is going to happen with your non-main characters.

right, thank you. Yeah , I try to play it out in my head, based on what ive practiced...I just cant see being effecient enough at it to be worthwhile---though it would be nice to gain pts with both. It would probably just frustrate the heck out of me..

You might be okay if you can chain stun on your rogue long enough to get some Bolts and Chains off on the shaman. Crippling poison will definitly be helpful to keep them from getting behind caster to fast.
