I have a issue with my 4 clients all seem to De-sync or lag out after a while.
I have a stable ping/connection i ran a ping on the side and nothing showed.
However like hour into playing it seems to de-sync me, sometimes it takes longer, but give or take 30 min more/less it happens.
Anyone got any clue at all what causes this ?

Without knowing a little more about your setup it's going to be hard to suggest anything.
Can your computer handle the 4 accounts?
I, for instance, have 2 REALLY crappy computers running 5 instances of WoW.
Have you tried turning all the graphics down? It might be worth a shot just to test it.
Have you tried setting the maxfps on the slave accounts to a lower setting?
If you use Keyclone, you can set this in the options. If not, I belive you can manually type "/console maxfps 12" in each slave window.
I've recently defrag'd my harddrive with a tool called Jkdefrag and gotten a significant improvement. (use the -a 7 option first then do a normal defrag).
Not sure if any of these will help, but again, without knowing your setup it's going to be hard for anyone to suggest anything.
Good luck! :)

Good luck! :)I got a Q6600 / 4gb ram / Sata Disk 500gb / 8800 GTX XXX Edition
I run 3 slaves at 30 fps max, and main at 60 fps max (capped everywhere but shatt/IF)
Set to medium GFX settings, however i'll give it a try on low settings. And the Defrag i'll also give a shot. I must say tho last night i rebooted and tried again and had no issues for nearly 2 hours, though i dont know if that was lucky or not.
Thanks for the reply :)

Just some ideas here.
Router-Bios updated? Is it overheating?
Network cards- Checksum disabled?
Network cables- Not running through any magnetic fields? i.e. not near any power cords and such.
Crappy ISP? My provider has been notorious for blocking ports periodically and denying they did it. Also most of my trace route failures have been on my ISP's internal network.
Also, run trace routes not pings. Pings don't tell you what each hop is doing.

Router is 2 weeks old, from my ISP with latest firmware.
Checksum is disabled yes
Network cables are seperate from power (they are in the wall shielded by standard plastic tubes)
I pinged constantly next to running the wow clients, and had 0 packetlockes and also ping was stable at 10/12ms
traceroute i did but was just fine. (the ping was only to see if there was any connection loss ping with -t is a endless ping session till you cancel it)
Anyways i'll be playing for a longer time tonight, so i'll see what results i get.

I have noticed this more frequently lately as well, even more so since 2.4.3. I have seen it both single and multi boxing. A couple RL friends have complained about seeing this as well. What I will see is; fighting a mob and the mob will stay still and not appear to lose health. It will die and you will not be able to loot it as you are "not in range". Other things that go along with this is "not facing the right direction" when it looks like you are, pets attacking far from mobs but still doing and taking damage and dead mobs sliding across the ground (rare).
This use to happen ALL the time in the first year or so of WoW. I once had an invisible mob chase me all the way across stranglethorn. Unable to do any damage to it and unable to drop combat. I finally died and had to relog, came back in somewhere totally different then where I had been.
You typically will not see any other types of symptoms. Ping will look good, in game and out, traceroute wil look normal. Other internet use will be fine.
It is a client/server desync. The only way I know to fix it is to relog. A number of things could cause it, including all of the things listed above as well as addons and most likely server side problems.

Seems to be a server problem on Eu Silvermoon, spoke with a multiboxer that i met and when we talked it also happened to him, and it wasn't the first time he saw it either.
Ah well its not THAt big of a deal its jus tad bit annoying :P

You internet connection wouldn't happen to be wireless would it? I'm not talking about your router, but your connection to the ISP.
I ran a wireless network from alpha->full launch, for an ISP, and one problem that plagued it was dropped packets.
Especially if they are in an unlicensed spectrum like 900, 2.4 or 5.8.
That being said, I've been noticing a lot of "loot-lag" that I haven't seen in a long time.
