Can't mouseover diffrent one of my windows

So I just started out quadboxing 4 shamans, gonna add a paldin in a little while(lvl 20). Problem is when I mouse over to all the diffrent windows to handin quests and such I sometimes cannot mouseover one of the windows. When I try it just "pushes" it away from it or just teleports straight to the next window next to it.

This happens to me too. Trying to click on something in the alt windows but the pointer occasionally just "jumps" back to the main window. I'm using keyclone with maximisier and PIP enabled. I am thinking could be because my alt windows are too small. 5 windows on a 13.3" screen ;(

that problem can occur due to how the cursor works and the focus-follows-mouse

if its driving you nuts, disable the focus-follows-mouse and that should resolve your issue
