Ok, so I've got things running, but what I can't figure out is how to pass mouse clicks so that both characters talk to questgivers and accept their quests. There's an option in Keyclone to do this, but the setup guide (http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/KeyClone#Tweak_the_General_Settings) specifically says not to enable it.
Can anyone help me on this point?

I know there is a mod called automation that when you turn it on it to gossip if you click on a NPC, it will automatically except the quest 90% of the time...same thing for turn ins. It actually works really good....and I believe there is a macro that you can use to select a NPC and open a chat with it. I get back to you if I find it. Hope this was some help. The macro I been I seen it on wowwiki.com

I currently am using Automaton, though it doesn't solve my problem. Is this the macro you're talking about?

That would work. Have to share the quest, but that's no big deal. Thanks muchly!

Multiboxer V2 is about as good as it gets.
With your specific problem, you still have to open dialogue with the NPC on both characters. But after that multiboxer passes your dialogue choices to the other character for you. To my knowledge this is the best solution to the problem.
For shareable quests, you can just pick a bunch of them up on your main and multiboxer has an option you can turn on for the slave to auto-accept all shared quests from users on your friends list or something like that, so you can just go down the list and share them all without ever switching screens (or using an accept macro).
