Problems need help please

ok basically ive set everything up according to the tutorial but im having an issue maybe big or small no clue really but heres what im getting
btw im dual boxing using Octopus

When i try to start the instances my main character screen starts up just fine no problems but my second one comes up with "Error modifiying Config.wtf: Access to the path 'H:\Program Files\World of Warcraft2\WTF\Config.wtf' is denied.."

can anyone help me with this because i really dont know what it wants

If I am not giving enough info on the subject please let me know ill try to get into more depth if I can not sure what I need to be looking at really or whatever im some what confused at the moment
