After trying and failing to level several alts, I've decided to try Dualboxing as a way to make the grind to 70 a bit more fun.

I've decided that one of the classes I want is a Druid, but I'm a bit more fuzzy on the other. I already have a high-level mage, priest, warlock, and hunter, so I'm wondering what a good class to complement the druid would be.

im sure boomkin / boomkin would be a bit of fun if you are solid on a druid. if you are not shaman / shaman would be fun too!

I'll look into that, thanks.

Boomkin / Shaman, maybe?

I have a druid/druid duo that just made it to 60, Feral/Restorative combo. This combo turned out to be quite fun for me, so I stuck with it. I'm an alt-tabber running 2 accounts on one computer.

What I like about it.....
-ability to heal/rez from both toons
-either can tank (bear) at any time (nice to pull out 2 tanks when the occasion arises)
-both can dps (tiger) if you want to rip through mobs
-both have early 40% run speed....makes for great quick transport option IN UNISON (try to have a druid with 40% run speed and the other toon without - bummer)
-differences in talents makes them shine in their own ways regardless of being the same class

I am running 5 durids right now jsut dinged 34 (palying in my spare time), I love them they are so much fun, Right now they are feral spec they just tear mobs up. I can say that when you go malay it can become really tricky and takes lots of pratice getting all clones attacing lots of mashing the /follow command to face them an move then in range to fight. when I get to lvl 40 I am going to reped to Boomkin to try it out, who knows I might go back feral. but when I get to the mid 50 I am going try instances with one feral/tree/3xboomkin. so far lots of fun

yah, i plan to make the druid/shaman/ something else ally and only one account has bc, so i need to make use of all the other clases as well, i am leaning towards 2 doomkins/1 shaman, or maybe doomkin/shaman/paladin, AHHH SO MANY CHOICES!

i love it :D :D well ill let you know how it goes

If i went with 1 stealther (druid) I'd probably go for 2 stealthers, druid or rogue.

If i went with 1 stealther (druid) I'd probably go for 2 stealthers, druid or rogue.I have a 61 Druid who's the main for my 3 man team. Gotta love her, for all of her abilities and what she brings to the team: tanking, some CC, heals, buffs, and DPS in kitty form.

Try a caster with a druid, my druid leveled with a mage, and they were pretty efficient - and she did very well with a lock - drop the lock off (hit strafe to break follow), send out the pet, and then feral charge or run the kitty in. Mob dead. Pretty cool. :) For some pulls, starfire and firebolt/shadowbolt.

I think it comes down to your favorite playstyle, and how you want to run - do you want a high dps team that has to drink/bandage a lot? Or do you want a tank, and take a little longer to kill? Do you want nukes, or cc? Do you want a team that can go out in the wilderness for long periods? (Mages and their free water and food and portals are good for this). Will you be playing them alone or grouping them? Pvp?

I used to think druids were boring, now they're one of my favorite classes, and they are almost as good a utility class as a shaman - shaman bring to much to the table as a team player, but druids come close!

-both have early 40% run speed....makes for great quick transport option IN UNISON (try to have a druid with 40% run speed and the other toon without - bummer)Try a druid with 40% run speed AND is a Night Elf - you're faster in death, too , and if your druid is leading, all non - NE toons will fall behind and break follow. :)

Alive, I tend to get my followers on their mounts, and they follow the kitty. :)

i'd also say druid/druid or rogue/druid. dual stealthing classes would be a ball and you'd have the benefit of having 2 new classes at 70 if you go the rogue/druid route.
