Good battlegroups for horde?

Anyone know the best battlegroups for Horde? Best as in - low queue times for BGs and arena, decent players, alliance isn't 100% premades, etc.
I've now played on two servers in Shadowburn and it's got to be one of the worst. Cyclone was a bit better, but overall still mediocre.
Not quite as concerned about the server (I'll probably try to find a decent medium pop one in the LA datacenter). And not Magtheridon, I'd rather be unique :)

Well if you're looking for the LA data center, that narrows down your battlegroup choices to 4. http://www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter

Horde side Vindication (I play 4 Shaman on Burning Legion), I win EotS about 80%, AB about 70%, WSG about 20% (because I suck goat nuts with 4 shaman @ WSG) and AV about 5-10% (worst horde AV battlegroup).

I just logged on my shaman for the first time in 6 months yesterday, played AV, and the first thing I see is this "Asshat - Ok guys, all on O. Rush Vaan. I won 5 AVs doing this."

People just don't learn.
