Greetings

Having played many horde to level 70 in a terrible battlegroup, and played several alliance to 70 in yet another horrible horde battlegroup. Im in search of a battlegroup where the horde do not lose 80% or more of there BG matches. I really enjoy PVPing in the BG's and am willing to xfer a 70 shaman or paladin(to bring wealth and boosting) so i can play where the horde don't blow arse.

I considered just making a new team alliance side on the same battlegroup where horde always lose but i really like tauren shaman so would rather stay horde.

So anyones battlegroup have some horde loving? 50/50 would be just splendid.

Thanks in advance.

Shadowburn is terrible, avoid it at all costs.

Cyclone is the only other one I played in at 70. It's much better than shadowburn, but still not that good.

Yes, shadowburn is horrible for horde. I started running premades because there's no way you can enjoy the game in shadowburn pugs :(. I had no idea this many boxers play in shadowburn. I've never seen a 3 or >3 boxer in this battlegroup.

I play on Vindication and if you are horde you have instant ques for everything and you win everything except AV. For the alliance, its 15-20min av ques and usually instant everything else but you lose everything.

It's been awhile since I did AV, for decent honor grind do you actually have to win or just kinda show up?

I played on Twisting Nether and Lightninghoof before cross server BGs and it took hours for horde to get a game. Alliance would only queue in groups and only occasionally. All four RP-PVP servers ended up being very horde heavy, along with Dark Iron and probably others.

I have seen four boxers on Sargeras so far... me, the Ftf/Mtf/Wtf guy with 5 orc shaman, a mage 2 boxer (thehand and thehead), and someone on alliance with a pair of warlocks. I'm sure there are more.

I play on Burning Legion, Vindication BG, Horde side if you want someone to ask questions at :p
I'll be playing my Paladin, Failadin, PLing him with my 1st Shaman, Malicea, for another week, then doing outlands instances if you want to look me up.

I think it's closer to 1:1 now though, but for example horde couldn't level when outlands opened because alliance held the portal forever and killed anyone that went near it. This went on for quite some time and you couldn't go ten yards without getting ganked by 5 alliance in hellfire pen. Good times.

So who's on shadowburn horde and interested in all joining a new server together?

I am on EU-Misery

I have a mod called Honor Kills Counter that have recorded my statistics.

This is my numbers:

Alterac Valley:
wins: 377
losses: 47
total matches: 424
Winrate: 89%

Eye of the storm:
wins: 149
losses: 38
total matches: 187
Winrate: 80%

Arathi Basin:
wins: 51
losses: 31
total matches: 82
Winrate: 62%

Warsong Gulch:
wins: 25
losses: 12
total matches: 37
Winrate: 68%

I like to think that I'm adding a lot to the bg's usually, and therefor have quite high winrates. Also my guildmates is allways complaining about losing all the time, and people dont know how to play etc etc. But I guess this is something every feels everywhere.

But it should atleast be possible for you to have good winrates in Misery if you are a decent pvp'r :)

I may have to come bug some of you about your servers hehe. I am thinking if i can get on another battlegroup ill enjoy the BG's more. Its not about winning them all, but waiting 15 mins for an auto loss because none of the horde even try anymore is very discouraging. I wouldnt mind trying some ZA and Kara with another boxer either.

Transfer fee x5 shouldn't be that much, or x6 if i bring an extra 70.

Well I'm doing some research.. apparently Shadowburn, Rampage, and Ruin are out unless you like waiting hours for games only to get premades or imcomplete horde teams. Vengeance, and Whirlwind seem to be decent, but of course for some reason when horde gets insta queue AVs they lose. Fortunately AV gives decent honor even with a loss, so if you can get back to back games, who cares.

what else... mature players, decent world pvp. any ideas?

I would definitely recomend Cyclone...

I'll be waiting for you. >)

Based on people I asked and forum threads I read, these are bad for horde:
Shadowburn, Rampage, Stormstrike, Retaliation, Nightfall

These are good:
Ruin, Emberstorm

These are best:
Vindication, Cyclone, Whirlwind, Vengeance, Reckoning

Of course the good/best ones could vary a bit by time and other factors. Now, which one to choose, and then which server?

Moved all the babies to Nathrezim yesterday. Reckoning battlegroup, instant queues for Horde (longest I've waited is 22 sec for an AV). It's a day one server and pretty stable. I did a ton of research before I moved here

I'm working on getting a handful of decent pvp'ers to transfer, non-boxers but great players. If anyoen else is interested in rolling here, send me a tell in game, Zyvx is my main.

I'm on Shadowburn.

AV is 50/50 for me

WSG/AB/EOTS, we don't win many at all, we won 90% of them back in the day.. no idea what happened.

Horde did actually win some AV's but you had to wait 5-20 minutes a game. The other BGs were terrible. So far in Reckoning, Horde only wins maybe 20% of AV's but they are instant to 15 seconds to get into a game so I don't really care.

For the last 6 months, I've been on Stormstrike. Horde wins AV about 80% of the time. Average queue time was about 6-10 minutes. Horde wins EOTS about 20% of the time (however, boxing.... I would win 90% of the time).WSG 60% AB 40%.

Last weekend, I transfered to the Cyclone battlegroup. Horde wins AV 30% of the time but wins all of the other BG's. However...the queue times for AV are instant. This allows for awesome premades. Every few minutes, people are LFM in the trade channel for AV premades... It is very easy to get into them and they go on all day long. While in the premades, we won every time. 500+ honor every 11-12 minutes. We even had a little fun and summoned the Ice Lord.

I would highly recommend Cyclone. I'm on Daggerspine.
