Hi all,

I've been dual-boxing for 6 months (love it) and am just starting to extend to 5-box. For this I thought I better start using some of the excellent software available here.

I've installed Octopus for now and it seems to work great except for one problem. I am left handed and have my mouse set to left handed in Windows on my server computer. When I enable Octopus, the mouse buttons are swapped and I need to click the opposite mouse button from what I would normally do.

Is there any fix or option for this?

Maybe I'm being dense here but can't you just swap the buttons in control panel on your alt PCs?

It's the main PC that's causing me problems. I can organise the alts but it's a a pain to have to switch the mouse buttons on the main computer every time I start and stop octopus.

Octopus doesnt get any support anymore. Maybe you can use the information I found at : http://www.theeldergeek.com/forum/lofiversion/index.php?t10400.html

It's about how to make a script that calls the api to switch the buttons.

start -> run -> CMD

RUNDLL32 USER32.DLL,SwapMouseButton

Running it again doesn't reverse to the "right handed mode", though
