Not a Support Issue as such but rather to pass the following workaround on to other users and point Mr Keyclone at the problem/solution :)

I've had this issue for a long time, on both PCs, where, 90%+ of the time I would close KeyClone, it would close the window but the KeyClone process would still be running and the icon would still be there in the Task Bar.
I would have to use Task Manager to zap the process.

I've now noticed that if I use a right click on the Task Bar icon and select "Exit" there, rather than use the "X" on the KeyClone window, which is how I have been quitting KeyClone, it always closes down properly

Throw this in a batch and use it to kill keyclone. Works great.

taskkill /f /im keyclone.exe
