Easiest Heroic to box

Hey all

I am about to finish getting all my orignal 4 toons to 70. With that in mind I am needing a new Primal Nethers for craftable gear. I am wondering what would the be easiest Heroic for me to run to be able to get those. I realize this is probably going to be a matter of opinion but throw out what you think is easiest and why so I can get an idea of which to tackle first.

if you only need primals, why not just run regular instances and DE the blue drops, sell and and buy the nethers, they're on my AH for 30-40G the price of 2 shards. Your only going to get a nether from the last boss in a heroic anyways and most people can't complete a whole heroic when they start farming badges, I was running the first boss in seketh and the first 2 bosses in SP till I got my shield, But if you had to try give Mana Tombs a shot, most of the mobs are casters and the group pulls are never larger than 4 mobs, most of the time they're 3

WoW I totally missed that Nethers are no longer BOP. WoW! Thanks Fur for the list. One quest for you when you say its downhill after the first boss in Botanica does that mean horribly hard or easier. Sorry I've heard that figure of speech used in both contexts ;)

Ramparts, and skip the dragon boss.
The Demon boss is the one that drops the primal nether.

Mana Tombs is supposed to be easy if you've got enough shadow resist on your tank (+300 or something? Can be cloth gear even) (never tried myself)


Running with 5 shamen Mana Tombs is very very simple. The first boss usually dies before he can phase shift. I have no shadow resist at all. Only problem I have with that place is the 2nd boss. If my earth ele's don't pick up the boss soon enough or i get too close to the earth quake then it is a wipe.

I will second the thought that slave pens is the easiest. I did the first 2 bosses the day I dinged 70 (each toon only had 5600 hp).

Actually the third boss in Bot is EZ mode if you have all ranged DPS. All you do is stand up on the ledge and purposely pull aggro from your tank. The boss walks slow, and walks all the way up the ramp and over the ledge to get to you. Once he is close you jump down and Range him from there, he has to walk all the way back over the ledge and back down the ramp. He is usually dead before he gets back to the ramp the second time.

Heroic bot is pretty easy with a 5 shaman group. I do skip Laj though (I need to take some time and actually down him). For Warpsplinter I just used all 5 of my fire elementals and they killed off the mini trees and he was easy.
