Team Eli in Mara, and encoding help?

So this is my first video of my actual runs, rather it's the first time i've compiled some of the 300 gigs of raw footage i've been shooting, I don't know why but when I try to play it on vimeo in HD, it says video no longer exists, but once HD is off it plays so. What can you do right?

I also had another issue, the raw footage of everything plays very smooth, like the game runs, but in the video there are some random slowdowns and such, I'm guessing this is obviously an encoding problem, but i'm not sure how to alleviate it. I encoded to h.263 in Vegas 8, with what Vimeo says is the standard encoding type for the site. I haven't really dabbled in much video encoding before so I'm not sure what happened, or what to do about it. What settings are you guys using to encode for posting on Vimeo?

I use Windows Movie Maker to encode vids from fraps in 720p wmv format.

What lvl were you in this vid?We were level 50 at the start (So we had our totems of wrath) Generally I could have done this earlier, but the full clear 49 - 50 is a good level. (Even though I didn't full clear). I also dinged 51, somewhere in there. Right before the Landslide I believe.
