Figured id ask a buncha question at once, For one Any ideas ive heard its good to have a tankadin with 2 dps and 1 heal then ive heard the straight up dps aproach works just the same any other opinions on that as to which would be better currently iam using keyclone i have once computer atm running all 5, but itll soon be my 4 shammies on one and paladin on other or itll be all 5 shammies on one, i wanna pvp most of all iam not into the whole pve as i have to work late nights.

Second ive been messing around with formations as for chain heal thing where u got 5 shammies and all chain heal one another.... my current macro is Insert is slave a,c go left and b,d go right then Home is backwards for c,d looks cool but i dont think its that specific formation.

Third is dieing if i die on my main character say Bossman, all my other characters macros where /assist Bossman /cast Lightningbolt, lol when i die iam resorted to staying dead with my main and targetuing like that while iam dead but i cant turn them around so iam justing healing each other until i can run back. Should i be making a macro for all the toons like a seprate macros for /assist Slave 1 /cast lightning bolt but then i run into not enough macro room :(

Please any help would be appreciate, Ive searched for the Chain heal and the dieing on main thing in the forums but i didnt really see a clear answer so sry if i missed it.

P.S Smolderthorn, Horde here i come :D

Well, I debated this choice too.. and it comes down to a simple question of your goals. Primarily end-game PvP or PvE? I wanted tankability in instances, so I went pally/4xshaman. If I were going to go for a more PvP-oriented team, I would have gone 5x shaman. I have no regrets at all with having a pally tank.

For PvE, I went 1 paly. You can do a lot of pve stuff with 5 shaman, but you can't do it all.
For PvP, 5 shaman. If you decide to arena, you will drop one shaman for a healer of some sort (or spec one resto).

Sorry, I don't see the question there. If you are asking for help in creating formations, search the macro forums and I believe there is some info on the wiki too.

You need a dynamic way to assign targeting. There are a few approaches, but most people chose to use assist. Basically, for each of your toons, you have a button which will cause all your chars to assist that toon. Then all your casting macros do something like "/cast [target=assist] lightning bolt" which will cause you to cast at your assist's target. The toon you are using as your main is always your assist, and when it dies, you hit the button for the new "main" and everybody will now assist that one.

There is TONS of stuff on this in the wiki and in the macro forums. You really need to spend some time reading there.

good luck.

Anything that requires a real plate wearing damage soaking tank.... ???

I believe just about everything has been done before.

Seeing as I already have 1 70 paladin (and am boosting another so i can boost other toons on my main acct, currently lvl 56) I went with 5x shaman. I can then have both options. Run em with my pally for real tanking, run em x5 if i want to keep it simple, drop 2 and use pally tank priest healer for holy trinity, and I have other healers I could use, including a lvl 30 shaman...

And just seeing how much 5x shaman can PWN, made me go that route. I find that it's simpler to MB a class with fewer spells of one type. My Priest has so many healing spells, it's hard to keep track of which one is the ideal one at the moment. But my pally healer is simple. Big heal/Small Heal. Shaman is Lightning bolt/chain lighting. The rest of the spells are more situational, like shocks, etc. When I really want a challenge, I will roll a warrior tank, priest healer, and 3x mages. (mages have so many DPS spells its insane!) But that will be later.
