Woot! Yet another faction I'm exalted with. This time its Shattered Sun. Now the girls get a new shield and neck piece.

2nd, omg getting all your toons to aldor/scryers must be a pain *_*, how did you do it?

I am so getting that shield when im dinging 70, funny thing is the tank shield looks exactly the same :thumbup:

I've only hit Exalted with Scryer on 4 (out of 5) of my characters. I *was* farming Mech & Botanica dozens of times a day, mostly Mech (for the Totem of the Void) so I was getting a metric-fuk-ton of Scryer rep items. It didn't take long to hit Exalted. But since hitting Exalted with Sha'tar I've stopped farming any TK instances thus I've still got one character in need of her last 5000~ rep.

Hitting Exalted with Shattered Sun was rather unexpected and came up on my rather quickly. I was doing my dailies and just happened to glance at my rep, I thought it was somewhere between Honored - Revered, but to my surprise I was about 8-10 bubbles from Exalted. So I decided to run Magisters Tce to the first boss and rinse and repeat. It only took 12-13 times to get the rep I needed. There are only 8 pulls between you and the first boss, its an easy shard run!

Hmm, you said you clear to the first boss,... have you tried doing the whole instance...



i presume doing the old stoneclaw totem spam on boss 2 would work fairly well... just take a good healer ,,... they generally dont hit that hard.



and the last boss should be fairly easy with 4 interupts and crazy burst,.. just watch out for the BUBBLES!

I can't get past the second boss. Enough said. Best I can do is getting him down to 11%.

What I usually do on vexallus (4 shammy 1 priest setup)

4 x lighning shield, 2 earth elementals and 2 fire elementals, then just pop heroism, trinekts, and nuke like mad

lb-lb-lb-cl rince repeat. Somehow the combination of lightning shields and the elementals take care of the adds (this is what I use on heroic, i cant remember what I did on normal but I'm prety sure it's the same thing, just a lower gearrequirement)

The only time I used Fire Elementals it didn't end well. I seem to forget about Lightning Shield, favouring Water Shield instead.

I was in your same situation when I first started MGT. I could get him to ~1%-11% consistantly, but would almost always wipe. Lightning shield is the key :)

After today's patch, might want to revist Vexallus...

Since the last time I attempted M'Tce I've been running heroic after heroic and my gear has increased somewhat. I'm sure I'll be able to get past him this time (fingers crossed anyway).
