I started dualboxing a few months ago, and I'm quite impressed what it brings to the player. New chalenges, options etc..

I tried a couple of caster combo's ele shamans, mages, locks etc.. with some basic macro's that worked nice.
/target name
/assist name
/cast spelname
etc.. worked good enough.

Now I would like to try a more melee orientated combo, like a feral druid & roque ( stealth FTW ) or warior & druid.

But how you use dual boxing macro's for melee chars?
just /assist or /cast doesnt get the other melee char close, or near the mob?

I guess these are noob questions, but heck we were all nooblets once :D

Hope someone can post some macro exaples hes using ( for war/roque/feraldruid combo's )

thanks in advance!

Some more info here: http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums2/viewtopic.php?p=7385&highlight=#7385

Also, for melee stuff where you don't much care about sequencing attacks, you can use the /castrandom macro command. I used to use it on my hunters like this:

/assist <main>
/startattack
/castrandom [harm] mongoose bite, wingclip, raptor strike

Worked pretty good as it bypasses anything that cannot be executed instead of stalling at that step like /cast and /castsequence do. So, for warriors, it'd be something like:

/castrandom [harm] execute, heroic strike, slam

For warriors in particular, see this thread: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=55820235
