Well, I used the following macro and made big gains in my framerate but I was wondering if there's anyway to auto-load WoW with the settings set like this? It's just one more thing I have to hit when I log in that I'd rather not. Any suggestions?
/say detail: low
/console groundEffectDensity 16
/console groundEffectDist 1
/console horizonfarclip 1305
/console farclip 177
/console characterAmbient 1
/console smallcull 1
/console skycloudlod 1
/console detailDoodadAlpha 1

Update:
This still hasn't completely solved my issue. I get perfect FPS, 60+ on main and 30+ on the alts... But in LBRS when I'm mouselooking it stutters for a second or so now and then. I've no clue what to do since I bottomed out the graphics.
I'm running an Athlon 4800+ dual core, 4 gigs of Kingston, 8800GT overclocked.

Edit: I also set my main's FPS to a max of 60, anything above is negligible

You shouldn't even be able to tell if you're getting more than 60 or 75 FPS depending on monitor refresh rate.

before u used this macro what were yer video settings in WoW? i currently have everything set to the lowest they can go ie: spell effect min, draw distance min etc etc, windowed in 800x600 so on so forth, it doesnt look pretty but it helps.
do u think using this macro will further improve my fps or hurt it?
edit: as for having it automagically save those settings when u load WoW, if u use it on all yer accounts it should already be there. i know when i use /console maxfpsbk 15 and /console maxfps 30 those are saved and i dont have to enter them again; though it might be different with this macro

If you have a "mass Invite" macro, add
/console maxfps 20
to your alts and
/console maxfps 100
This will cap the alts fps and give more fps to your main
My invite macro looks like this
/script AcceptTrade();
/console maxfps 100
/stopmacro [group]
/invite alt1
/invite alt2
/invite alt3
/invite alt4
Since you have to invite your group anyway just add a few things to it so it does more :P
Hope this helps you in someway!

A tip i was given is :
Open Config.wtf (you can find in WTF folder in wow folder)
And in the bottom, add the following:
SET maxfps 25(my computer sucks, increase if you feel your computer can handle it)
SET maxfpsbk 5 (to the windows not highlighted)
These are the same as /console maxfps but you don't need to make a macro for it, and it automatically loweres the FPS to 5, if you are not having it "activated".
