You have entered too many instances recently

Hi,

I dinged 8 with the 4xshamans, and was planning on boosting them through RFC a couple of times. Well, all went well, but after the 5th or 6th i received a message
I've never seen before "You have entered too many instances recently".

Anyone ever had this?If so, how long do you have to wait till you can enter it again?

You can only enter 5 instances per hour. So sit back, take a bio break, get a soda and then go back in. :D

The "Loot & Reset" addon purports to record your dungeon visits and show timers...

Loot & Reset is a small window that shows you the names of recently entered instances. It allows you to time your runs to make most of the 5 instances per hour that the game allows, before it stops you with the message "You have entered too many instances recently". This is most useful for stealthfarmers that reset instances on a regular basis.
The addon will show you the information over all characters so you can relog at will.

I've not used it myself, yet, as I don't farm anything that quickly at the moment but you may find it useful.

As people have already said, you can only enter 5 instances per hour. Once you get the message you simple have to wait a little while.

I get this message myself from time-to-time, most recently was on the weekend when I was farming Magisters TCE up to the first boss. I was trying to hit Exalted. Running to the first boss rince and repeat. With only 5 pulls including the boss I could be in and out within 8-9 minutes.
