Heya setmax and welcome to the forums!
formations are really creative usage of key binds within wow across all your characters... the net effect being a spread out formation. to bring them back, you can reverse the keybinds ... or just hit your /follow macro.. and they should all at least turn towards your main
if you have any other questions, please feel free to drop me a note
have a great day,
Rob

i usually recommend NOT starting with your 70s, as life isn't very forgiving at 70... especially if you are trying to figure out how to do the basics. rolling a few casters makes life a lot easier when you start out.
other then that, you are going to seriously want to start using the keyboard. mouse clicking is easier, but it is not faster... no matter how fast you think you are. with a mouse, you still have to visually find the mouse and guide it to the right spot, then click. this is much more complex then hitting a single key that never moves.
keyclone does allow for mouse-click-passing (mcp) ... but it's not combat worthy, at least on my machine. good for quest turn-ins, macro editing, etc... just toggle it on (you have to set the hotkey under setup/general).. then click.. DO NOT move the mouse... watch it click all your wows at the same location.. then toggle it off when you are done.

You'll get a lot more help if people can understand what you're asking.

new to this website give me a brake.
Very well then.
You'll first want to take a look at the forum rules ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Board&boardID=31&'), which can be found by clicking the "Rules" button at the top of every forum page. (it's right between "Forum" and "Members").
You'll also want to take a look at the various guides ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Guides') in the wiki ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki) -- which can be found by clicking the "Wiki" button (also at the top of every forum page, between "Chat" and "Gallery").
In particular, I suggest you read (in order):
FAQ for Non-Multiboxers ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/FAQ_for_Non-Multiboxers')
Vyndree's Guide to Guides ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Vyndree%27s_Guide_to_Guides')

Multibox Macros - Quick Start Guide ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Multibox_Macros_-_Quick_Start_Guide')
And, particularly if you're hardware boxing...
PC and Equipment Guide ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=8855')
Or software boxing...
Beginners Guide 2 Dual-Boxing (3,4,5 boxing) ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=3339')
How to Box 5 accounts (or 2 or 3 or 4) with ONE computer ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=1767')
All of these can be found within the "Guides" section of the Wiki ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Guides').
I realize it's a lot of reading, but if and when you get through it -- you will thank me later.
