To avoid stupid crap like this... ('http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?topic=9496.0')

Well todays daily is heroic crypts and so I found a group and I joined.
Okay so we have 4/5 already needed a tank we finally found a tank
within 30 mins and our healer had to go. So we found a healer in 10
mins and took us a while to summon everyone to the stone.

So
there was PvP going on O.o and we wasted 5 mins ganking Horde and just
as we were about to start our healer could not enter he wasn't honored
with lower city.So we did crypts killed mobs and he was 5999/6000 till
honored so we had to walk all the way to SL and kill something.

So
anyways he flew back to shat 60% mount ftl and relogged 3x only to find
out he was asking the shatar guy for his key and not lower city. So
yeah he got his key on his 4th try grats him.

So we summoned him
back and we were starting to do our pulls and our sproest couldnt zone
because he got the "entered the instance to many times" error. So he
relogged went afk etc and still wouldnt let him zone and he left.

Then
we got a lock to replace him and we summoned the lock and the lock went
back to shattrah to pick up the daily and flew back 280% mount gogogo!

So finally I thought lets do this! but found our the four of us were bugged form entering the instance GG

Yeah group disbanded best 3 hours of my life. I felt like posting "Which is exactly why we multi-boxers pay $75 a month and still have more of a life :P"

Yep, that's awesome. In those 3 hours the multiboxer has run it twice.

Ahhh.....bad pug stories....brings up such fond memories.

I still have bad memories of doing jailbreak with this healer on Earthen Ring that never really healed. She'd be up front, right next to the tank mind you, swinging her mace at whatever we were fighting. If we pulled a big group she'd bubble herself while she was in the middle of battle. I seriously cannot remember how many times the Pally rezzed her. A dozen maybe? Maybe more. All I know is when I asked her why was she attacking with her mace instead of spells and more importantly, why wasn't she healing, she said, "What fun is that?"

I remember another time where we spammed LFG in IF for over an hour looking for a priest. Finally found one and we all ran to SM Cath. In the lower fountain (which only takes a few minutes to get to), the priest said she was going to put herself on follow while she took a shower. Naturally everybody was like WTF, but she was already on follow...that damn quick. About 30 minutes later, after fighting like hell without any heals, she takes control of her char and says she has to leave cause she's needed to go to a party, then she hearths.

There have been other times but it's these two, plus one where someone ninja'd something in Scholo, that are my most memorable.

For me, this is Exactly why I looked into it. I was running some alts through VC and wanted to drop one char for a while cause he was a bit higher than the rest, and i wanted em more even for when I take em out as a 5 man grp, so I brought in someone who was nearby and asking to join. Then he had to get a quest, and we started clearing the way to the instance, and by the time we were there, something else happened, which I don't remember, so we just said screw em. Eventually he comes back and says "i cant get into the instance" cause he was like lvl 12 and didn't stand a chance. SO I had to go out, reclear for him to come in, and of course he runs around getting aggro, dying bla bla bla. I was like Damn, I'm soooo glad that I won't have to be doing this any more.

Worse than the wasted time of trying to get a decent group together - ninja rollers. Nothing sucks more than having a group assembled where you are clearly the character that *should* receive a specific item you're looking for, only to lose that 1hd axe to the hunter's roll of 98. Now that is hours wasted..
Now, I don't have to worry about that until 10-mans.. which is quite some time in the future.

Now that is hours wasted. At least the hunter can use the axe. I lost a roll with my lock to a healing priest. It was a purple drop and everyone in the group said it was a dps ring like 32 dps and 12 healing. And the stupid priest rolls on it say that it will be a increase for her.
