What do you guys think of switching up all the spell damage enchants for the deathfrost?
"Permanently enchant a weapon so your damaging spells and melee weapon hits occasionally inflict an additional 150 Frost damage and reduce the target's melee, ranged, and casting speed by 15% for 8 sec."

I read from comments that the melee/casting/ranged slowing speed effects affect bosses.
Is the loss in spell damage worth the gain in damage mitigation?

I'm 5 boxing locks.

What about Raidbosses? I doubt that will affect them .. I mean that would be too hard for such an easy to obtain enchantment, just imagine a bunch of melees having those enchantments on their weapons making almost every boss hitting slower ... I really cant imagine that this would be, if active, intentional.

Xornicy chill works on raid bosses

edit: my enh shammy uses icy chill, so i know it works

For PVE, yes, maybe. For PVP, why? If a druid dies in 6 seconds, does it matter how fast he casts? :P
