There was a /flip command, but that went out the window in 2.0.

Blink, /flip, poly.....

There is no movement possible by macro other than /follow

However if you want to turn your followers around easly, here is a little trick:

Bind a key for moving them all forward. Push this button until they pass your main. Then hit follow. And voilą, they are turned 180 degrees :)

It is also a good idea to have alt turn buttons on your mouse, for instance your thumb buttons, sideways scroll etc.

I was thinkin of binding an individual jump button for my alts, then while running they would jump and my main would go behind them, they would cast their spell and the main would go back forward to lead them to victory!

Your idea sounds good, though.

You can't TURN your character but you can flip the camera 180 which will help you turn around quicker, because you'll aready be seeing what's behind you.

Here's a Mage Blink Macro that uses it.

/stopcasting
/cast Blink
/stopmacro [noharm]
/run FlipCameraYaw(180)
