I just hit 70 and wanted to make a list of what I would need to run. My goals are to be able to do heroic ASAP.

I figure this will be faster than BGs for good gear :)

What quests or instances should I focus on to get my 5 box team (see armory links below) to the point where I can do heroics??

Once I get some good gear, I will move one of the shammy to a healer. Any good healer builds you can recomemnd for a shammy as well?

Hi there,

I just downed my first heroic boss yesterday afternoon. (first boss in Ramps)

I have been using this list as a guide. http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.com/viewtopic.php?t=163

Although be aware that some of the items in the list got nerfed and turned into retradin items.
There are also many other useful threads over at maintankadin.

here's a link to my armory profile, although I'm far from being an expert Pala tank. http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Magtheridon&n=Bigfish

I agree with Codam about maintankadin. THE pally tank site, imho. A few pointers off the top of my head. Do the Caverns of Time instanances and quests to revered ASAP. You get pants that you won't replace until kara or badge upgrade. You get the Continium Blade (the 3rd or 4th best tanking sword in the game), and you get the tank head enchant. Next, search WoW head for netherstorm quests. There is one with the consortium to get Dabri's Enigma and another for the helm, but it looks like you have have it. Get the Khorium Boots. Boe, tons of Sta, nice Int and spell damage. I replaced mine with badge gear. Get a cloak of eternity crafted and put dodge enchant on it. It runs 125-150g on my server (for the cloak). Do shatter halls for the trinket from the last boss and you get some kill pally tank gloves from the Fel Embers quest line. I am a big fan of block RATING for pally tanks, especially with good healers. It will get you get more aggro so your dps can go all out. Bracers of the Green Fortress will do nicely. Crafted, around 600g on Durotan. Try to get to 490 def (not much above it) 200 spell damage then start stacking stam and playing with the other mitigation stats. Do those things I mentioned and you can start doing heroics. The best tanking weapon you can get solo (or 5 man) is the gladiators gavel. It has 159 spell damage on it and is very nice, just a little harder to get than the continium blade.

This is off the top of my head so sorry for incorrect data. And I know nothing of shaman :/

Here is meh, btw http://armory.wow-europe.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Twisting+Nether&n=Coltimar
