Only thing that I see that is on the PTR that affects 'boxers is the "no aoe based on minimap" change/fix.

Clearly today is Retard Day at Camp Stupid on the Horde side, as seen below: The person whispering me is the lv50 Shaman corpse in front of my alts.

Lazy fight recount pasted from IRC so I don't have to type it again:

<Drayth> I run back and go rebuff on my festival shit

<Drayth> tries to chain lightning, I drop groundings
<Drayth> he runs back to guards
<Drayth> he runs back and forth taunting me constantly...till I pop EM
<Drayth> he doesn't take the hint...I chain lightningx5 + 5 earht shock = 1shotted lv50 at 44.
<Drayth> he keeps doing this and even goes so far as TO RE-FLAG HIMSELF when it wears off
<Drayth> eventually, he rolls an alliance char and whispers me.

<Drayth> AFTER HE PURPOSELY TAUNTED AND REFLAGGED HIMSELF.
