keyclone not broadcasting to 4th account

Hi, I'm using keyclone to run 5 accounts, and it has worked great until today. I haven't changed any of my settings in wow, or in keyclone, but suddenly the 4th instance of wow will not receive key broadcasts. When i hit my follow hotkey, 3 accounts will respond and follow the main, but account 4 will not register a keystroke unless i click on it specifically.

hmmm... all on one machine or multiple machines?

if multiple machines, check to see if you have 'send only' specified on that keyclone

all on one machine. Since the problem started yesterday it has been absolutely consistent, with no variations. 4th account wont receive broadcasts, but will respond manually. I have rechecked the settings and the 4 secondary accounts are all still identical.

sounds like you could have a chat box open
if you go on the wow that isn't responding .. and hit F1 (target self)... does that pass to the other clones?
does the little heart beat (...O...) on keyclone move?
are you sure that wow is in the keyclone list?
if so, when you type into that wow... do you see an item in the keyclone list with an '*' next to it? (this indicates the currently active clone)

yes to all of those, everything responds correctly, except the hotkey bar on account 4. movement keystrokes and everything broadcast. but the hotkeys dont work.

hotkey bar? you mean the action bar? did you re-assign the keys associated with it?
did you 'spin' it so it's not on the right one?

when you hit '2' on your main... does the '2' action bar light up on wow4?

if you are on wow4 and hit '2'... does the action button light up? does the heartbeat move? does the '2' on your main's action bar light up?

also, please upgrade to v1.8k when you get a chance

thanks for takin your time to help me out lol...anyway ive narrowed it down to it only fails to send to account 4 when im using a hotbar modifier, like shift or control(to bring up bar2 or 3 on my ui), it sends fine when its just the main bar. all accounts are set up the same though and shift/control work fine on the rest.

one slave wont respond, hey

sometimes i get problems when i alt tab to loot quest items on my slaves and when i alt tab back to my main sometimes one or maybe two slaves wont respond to my action bar hotkeys

or will cast the alt + num modifiers, basically i just mash alt a couple of times and all returns to normal

i guess keyclone or the clients sometimes get a key "stuck" ?

well try when you switch back to your main just hitting the keys a couple of times

that could also be your system specs or the load you are putting on the system (windows runs much happier when it is not at 100%)

strangely, it only happens on the 4th account, whether my system is stressed or not, and it is always happening now, before ive even used any modifiers. also, even when i turn off all other accounts except 1 and 4, it still doesnt work under next to no system load.

i may have heard something like this.

did you noodle with the wow.exe? find the wow.exe you are trying to run your 4th account from (is it the same as all the others?).. then do right-click/properties ... and check compatibility mode. someone mentioned they had to check or uncheck (sorry, i don't remember) the xp compatibility and it worked (ahhh... vista)
