Hey

After i have begun multi boxing 4 shammy's it draws alot of attention when entering SW or IF just to drop of some quests
even though im only lvl 20. i have checked my account info to see if its all The same and it is, except from a e-mail
adress that is different on one of my account (guess that is fine as long as i own it)

But is it just me getting cold feet?!
- it is a shame putting alot of time in 4 chars just to get banned?

is it only me that feels like big brother is waiting for me to do something wrong ?

Kinda makes me wish someone I know would report me just to get it over and done with.

Just change the email address :) And no, the email on the account is not something they are going to pull you up on, because they change so often.

Hehe, even though u are reported it should not really mattter, because hopefully all acounts are yours and u can prove it
and its 120 % legal to box after reading some threads here on www.dual-boxing.com

BUT STILL!!!!

On the contrary I'm on the offensive about it, as you said everytime I pass through main cities (Origrimmar thus far for me) I get a lot of attention and since I started (lvl16 only atm) I've already gotten tons of comments regarding reporting etc and I always tell them to do it.
Everytime I get questions like "You're cheating?" "Isn't that illegal?" or similiar I answer "Report me!". So I don't recognize the 'big brother' feeling you're describing and as long as all of the accounts are yours I don't think you should feel that way either.

You could submit a ticket and talk to your local GM. You'd feel better if you heard it from them. Then, if someone reports you, that GM will probably remember you (not that it would matter anyway since your accounts are legit).

Many members of this community have tried to delve meaning from the comments Blizzard representatives have made about multiboxing. Some enterprising persons have even conveniently organized GM Conversations ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/GM_Conversations') in the community wiki.

However, don't take the communities word for it - talk to Blizzard. Report yourself for multiboxing and get your own personal variance. Then when people threaten to report you for, ... whatever they think you are doing, you can point, laugh, and leave.

You can get extra points if you are on a role playing server and play dumb about the whole thing. "What doth you mean-ith by multi-boxing? I have never heard of such a thing." Well, you get the idea. Get the person so pissed off they do something that can get _them_ banned.

First thing I did when I rolled the Shammies was contact the GMs and let 'em know I was there. Was wished well on my multiboxing adventures and have been consistently every time I've spoken with a GM since.

I seem to be invisible on Doomhammer. I usually have to try to get attention, lol. It would be ironic to get reported on a server where there is a mage named 'Ballsgoboom' :/

Yeah I just say report me, although I've noticed that since I moved into the 60s that I hardly get any hassle :) It's mostly "Awesome!!!!" I did get a "Hacker" whisper from someone last week and he got a 5x /ignore lol

i get hassled every night... i had guys calling me a botter over and over... i tell them to call a gm so he can explain what a botter is...

I had a few follow me to terrokar tonight and watch.. after seeing me nonstop slaughter around the temple of light or whatever it is they were all wanting to do it themselves:) then i smoked a 70 druid, lock then a pally i had to chase down... they were impressed at how easy it is:)

Hehe, just reported myself for multi-boxing and GM said "As long as i dont use automated software to control my character, multi boxing is perfectly fine" and "as long as all of my accounts are my own"
and he even wished me and my shammy's good luck in the future...

I would recommend reporting yourself, if you have any second thoughts about what you are doing, u will feel alot better
- i do anyways 8)

On alliance side I was getting harrassed like 20 times a night, on horde side I mostly just get followers. And I don't mean like follow me for maybe 1 min or 2. Like they will literally follow me for 30 mins. If I fly to another zone or w/e they will fly to that zone and follow me around some more never saying anything. If if was like the same few people I'd be like okay w/e, but It's like totally different people and it seems to happen like 2-3 times a week. It's really effin' annoying.

Is it not said "that is you cant take the heat, dont do it?"

I would think the email address being different shouldn't be a problem. One person can certainly have more than one legitimate email address. More than one name, not so much...
