Hi :)

I've only just started multiboxing, a total noob really atm. Going to get my 3rd WoW Account up soon, atm i have two. And only problem im having really is that i have to press a key twice for it to do both programs. Also problem im having is targeting.

I have purchased keyclone, thats what im using. The key press problem im having is i have 2 WoW's running and 2 accounts, one char is auto following the other. When i target a mob i have to press 2 (for fireball) twice to make the first cast, then the second. The same with tab, to autotarget a mob, thats the 2nd thing i need help with. Is there an easier way to target mobs ? Tab would be fine but i am running all of this on a laptop, so i dont have 2 monitors i can look at to check if both chars have the same mobs targeted.

It almost sounds as if you have Round Robin on all the time, RR is used to send keys to 1 client at a time... have you clicked the RR button on KeyClone?

i dont have 2 monitors i can look at to check if both chars have the same mobs targeted.Have a look at the Pitbull addon, it allows you to do so much more than the default unit frames. You can have a Party Target frame next to your Party Frame, so you can see exactly what each party member is targetting.
it does a *lot* more than that but the above would solve your immediate issue.

Pitbull can be found at http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/7738/

Only install it when you have an hour or so to configure it to your liking... it is complex but it's worth presevering with, honest :)

make a macro and keybind it out of the way:

Name it SetFocus
/clearfocus
/focus MainToonName

Then for your spell's on your ALT:
/cast [target=focustarget] spellname

That is the most common way of targeting and assisting.
You will want to add TAB to your Do-Not-Pass list as well as your movement keys if you havn't done so already.

If your looking for a more basic way of casting and don't want to mess with focus's yet try this:

/assist MainToonName
/cast spellname

That is probably the most basic spell assist macro, but does have some flaws.

G'evening Matt and welcome to the forums!

i think moog nailed it.. it sounds like you accidentally added '2' to your round robin list.
go to keyclone/ setup/ round robin and see if there is anything in the list. if there is, clear the list.
if not, please let me know.

have a great night,

Rob

I've done the changes and it seems to be working now, thanks alot :)

Another issue ^^. Well its not an issue rather than, well i dont know what it is hehe.

When i cast fireball the 2nd character only casts fireball once the first one has cast his (When hes in combat). Is that normal or.. ?

Edit* Also, Quests :) How do i make my 2nd + 3rd char accept the quests that the char im controlling does ?
