Download Issues

I feel stupid and silly for asking this. But, its weird and I'm not sure what was going on... Last night, I was trying to download Keyclone.exe install. But, after every time the download was complete, it would NOT save the file!

I'm using Win Vista Home (64-bit)...

Very odd, I never seen anything like this, where I couldn't actually save the file... The download pop-up, would simple beep at completion and close. But, then the file didn't exist any where... Plenty of hard drive space...

So, I feel silly, but maybe one too many beers has me impaired... Any ideas??

yea.. beer happens :D

try to right-click/save as and see if that helps. make sure you put it somewhere you have access to, like the desktop or your work area.

once you have the file, make sure to run it as admin.. this is NOT the same as being logged in as admin (ahhh... vista)... you must right-click/run-as admin.

once completed, right-click and drag the keyclone.exe to the desktop and create a shortcut.. DO NOT move or copy.
then right-click the short-cut, properties, advanced, run as admin

that should make sure all goes smooth.
