Trouble with getting enough Rep

I wanted the blue rep pvp set for my 4 shamen once I hit 70. I am now lv 69.5 and FAR from the rep I need.

I am having trouble getting rep for:

Lower City - 5m instances here seem tough with Crypts being too hard to box cuz first boss and other instances (forgot name) requires lots of CC i was told.

The Sha'tar - What is fastest way to get rep here

Keepers of Time - going slow and so far out :)

Any advice on how to quickly get rep for the last 3 I need ?

I am trying to do Escape from Durnholde now and I have spoken to Tharll to get the quest. It says wehn you are ready to proceed let thall know. I tried to speak with him agaain and he says "who are you, let me be".

How do I open the doors and let him start walking out?

KoT is the fastest do the Old Hillsbrad quest, then do the Black moras quest and boom you are half way to revered. If you want revered/exalted just run the black morass event over and over (non heroic)

The sha'tar: I just ran the Botanica (non-heroic) over and over all the way to exalted. Full clear is around 2300 faction so it goes fast and is an easy dungeon. There is some great gear too and as a bonus you will get tons of scryer tomes/signets which are probably preferable for PvP

The lower city: the quests in the city and from the caravan in terrokar forest will get you well into honored. If you want revered/exalted just clear the first big room in Shadow Labyrinth over and over. The first room is very easy. The second room (1st boos) is only difficult if you have lots of squishes and no 2nd tank. The 3rd room (2nd boss) has some big pulls. If you can get past 2nd boss the rest is easier.

As for Thrall once everyone in party has talked to him once (quest update) have one person talk to him again and tell him that you are ready (it is a social option if I remember not another quest update). Make sure to get the quest outside the instance, then talk to the NPC by the dragon to get an update, then talk to thrall.

The 3rd one you linked is actually not that bad imo, but I actually struggled with the same ones you linked. Here is what I found.:

1. Lower City: I didn't even try when I 1st hit 70, seemed too far away. I bought the healer helm which needed keepers of time rep. It is actually pretty close to the caster one in terms of
helpful stats, & just replaced it with S1 a few days later.

2. Shatar: happens to be linked to Scryer/Aldor Rep. Take advantage of that synergy & raise whichever you need before you even try the instances.

3. Keepers of time: This is the easiest of the 3 you linked to raise. Completion of the 2 event quests is almost enough by itself.

Regarding your question about the Durnhold event, Did you get the bomb things from the guy at the entrance, Set the buildings on fire, & kill the 1st boss?

Yes I did that and then found Thrall. Everyone spoke to him and got the quest. However, now when one party member speaks to him, he just say leave me alone. Never an option to say I am ready.

Scryer / Aldor turnins will give Shatar rep as well up to Freindly. Questing will net you antother 11K rep. Botanica / Mech / Arcatraz for the rest

Quests will give you 14K rep (Old Hillsbrad & Black Morass). You can grind trash in Old Hillsbrad up to exalted as well if you want.

Make sure you kill the first boss before speaking to Thrall.The first boss can be found on the lower level (you can jump down into a square "room" area where no pats come by) and then clearing all the way to the other side.

Remember those charges the dragon at the entrance gave you? You need to enter each bunker (on the lower level), find a barrel, and put the charges in there. After all the charges are in all the barrels, the first boss will appear and start shouting about putting out the flames.

The fire is used as a distraction for Thrall's escape, so he will not speak to you until you've done your pyromaniac duty.
