Classic Paladin+4xShaman Tiger Boss (ZG)

I'm looking to start working on getting tigers for my team, and as such I want to do ZG by myself, just that boss. Anyone have any experience on this one? My paladin's getting very respectably geared (14k health unbuffed, uncrushable) but I'm worried about the heals. Please offer advice if you can.

I've never did ZG before either so i would like to know when my guys hit 70. Is it hard to even get to that boss?

I killed Tiger alot with my team of pally mage mage priest lock, still no mount but he is pretty simple if you postition the 3 right make sure the rogue npc is behind you so he doesnt gourge you. i have my mages counterspell the healer npc when its healing, and the rest is just tank and spank as long as the paladin can keep agro. As for healing they dont hit that hard at all maybe 2-300 except when you get mortal striked for about 2k i think.
on phase 2 just move everyone to the wall and burn him down easy as. Dont even need to clear any trash mobs they dont agro when you pull him

I dunno about being "spot on" with the gimmicks either.

I went in the cage and tank&spank'ed it.

Did the same thing with the raptor boss, just dps'ed through his glaring at me stuff and dropped tremors when I realized that he feared when people got too close.


Both were easy pie. I've only been in ZG once before then, and that was with my priest in a pug 2 weeks before burning crusade came out.

You mean the ones prior to the main boss?

The nameplates on mobs actually helped so I knew when to interrupt. I believe the command is CTRL+V.

I believe there is an option to put the enemy spellcast bar onto the nameplates that you need to check as well, somewhere in options. But yes, the ctrl-v nameplates are invaluable.
